Dr. Comer is the Founder and former Director of Elohim School of Ministry and Educational Center (formerly Heart of America Bible College), a chartered, accredited college founded in Cleveland, Ohio, in September 1992.

Dr. Comer received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in 1973.

Dr. Comer is a Professor and Master Teacher of Historical and Biblical Studies, specializing in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, with over 30 years of teaching experience. Her accomplished background includes spiritual leadership training, accelerated learning methodologies, and continuing education. Through her scholarship and instruction, she equips learners to recognize the enduring lessons preserved throughout history and their significance for informed, purposeful living.

Dr. Comer currently offers Old Testament Textual Studies (F.E.L. 101, 102, and 103) through a correspondence format. Certificates of Achievement are conferred upon students who successfully complete each course.
